When I add blending modes to my illustration, there limitless possiblities.
Blending modes can be applied to any object and will achieve a very different result depending on the things they are placed on top of.
Here are some things I would like to experiment blending:
Photos
Text
Colour blocks
Outlines
Patterns
Gradients
It is important to get a mixture of light and dark, and colours within these objects so that there is something interesting to interact with between the objects.
