Initially I had all my text in blocks which was really not very clear. Instead, I have broken it down into chunks so that it is easily comprehend-able. In some sections I have put sub headings to make this even clearer.
I have also broken the text down into bullet points to try and help people view the text as instructions. That is, things to do one at a time, sequentially and therefore it shouldn't overwhelm them as much as one huge block of text!
